BDE Score™ (“the Service”) is a technical analysis tool that provides quantitative scoring based on historical price data and mathematical models. The Service evaluates stocks using multi-factor algorithms including momentum, mean reversion, volume analysis, volatility measurement, and trend detection.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: BDE Score™ is NOT a financial service, investment advisor, broker, dealer, or custodian. We do not provide personalized investment recommendations or manage assets on your behalf.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
You acknowledge that quantitative models have inherent limitations and past model performance does not guarantee future accuracy.
Premium subscriptions are paid exclusively in USDC (USD Coin) on the Base blockchain network. Upon confirmation of on-chain payment, an API key is generated and activated instantly.
All payments are final and non-refundable. Because the API key is activated immediately upon payment confirmation and provides instant access to the service, no refunds can be issued. Please ensure you understand the service before subscribing.
Subscriptions are valid for one calendar month from activation. The Service does not auto-renew; you must send a new payment to continue access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is harmful to the Service’s reputation or integrity.
In no event shall BDE Score™, its operators, affiliates, or contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration in a mutually agreed jurisdiction.
