• AI System Type: Rule-based multi-factor quantitative model (not a generative AI or large language model)
• Methodology: Composite scoring from 5 independent factors — Momentum, Mean Reversion, Volume Profile, Volatility Regime, and Trend Strength — each computed using established quantitative finance techniques
• Data Inputs: Historical daily OHLCV (Open, High, Low, Close, Volume) price data from public market feeds
• Output Nature: Numerical scores (0–100) and categorical signals (Bullish/Neutral/Bearish) based on deterministic mathematical formulas
• Human Oversight: No human reviews or modifies individual scores; the system operates autonomously
• Limitations: The model cannot predict future prices, account for fundamental factors (earnings, management quality, macro events), or adapt to black swan events

3. Risk Disclosure

• Past performance does not guarantee future results. Historical price patterns may not repeat.
• Quantitative models have limitations. Models are simplifications of reality and may fail during unusual market conditions, liquidity crises, or structural market changes.
• Markets can be irrational. Stock prices are influenced by countless factors including human psychology, geopolitics, natural disasters, and regulatory changes — none of which are fully captured by technical analysis.

BDE Score™ is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product that provides data analysis tools. The relationship between BDE Score™ and its users is strictly that of a software provider and end user.

5. Third-Party Data

Market data displayed through BDE Score™ is sourced from third-party providers (FutuOpenD, Sina Finance). We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of this data. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or subject to errors. Users should verify critical data from primary exchange sources.

6. Jurisdictional Compliance

Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of BDE Score™ complies with the laws and regulations of their respective jurisdictions. Some jurisdictions may restrict or prohibit the use of algorithmic analysis tools or cryptocurrency payments. BDE Score™ makes no representation regarding the legality of its use in any specific jurisdiction.

7. Indemnification

By using BDE Score™, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BDE Score™, its operators, and contributors from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service or reliance on its outputs
• Your violation of these disclaimers or applicable laws
• Your investment decisions made based on the Service’s analysis

8. Severability

If any provision of this disclaimer is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its original intent.
